Our Projects
Our Work
From our first education initiative to our latest distribution efforts, every project is rooted in partnership, community feedback, and a commitment to lasting change. Explore the work we're doing to eliminate period poverty and empower women.
North Central Province Flood Relief
December 2024
In response to the devastating floods in Sri Lanka's North Central Province, Full Stop Resources mobilized quickly to provide essential hygiene supplies and support to affected communities. This emergency relief effort demonstrates our commitment to responding to crises while maintaining our focus on women's health and dignity.

Plantation Worker Outreach
September 2024 — Present
As part of our Udupussellawa initiative, we expanded our reach to plantation workers and their families. This ongoing project recognizes that period poverty extends beyond students to women in the agricultural sector, often facing unique barriers to access and dignity. We're providing direct support and working to build sustainable supply chains.

Udupussellawa Sanitary Supplies
April 2024 — September 2024
We distributed sanitary supplies to 350+ students at CP/W/Tulloes Tamil Maha Vidyalayam in Udupussellawa. This project reflected our gratitude to partners like Hemas Aya Foundation and our appreciation for the schools, CDOs, principals, teachers, and volunteers who made it possible. Working alongside the government's new initiative to provide free hygiene products, we refocused our efforts toward reaching young women outside the formal school system.
This project marked an important shift: recognizing that our role is to complement government efforts while reaching the most marginalized—those the system often overlooks.

Liya Saviya: Disabled Women's Care Center
March 2024 — April 2024
Full Stop Resources donated sanitary supplies to the "මනුසත් පියස" (Manusath Piyas) Disabled Women's Care Center in Batugammana, Balangoda. This project represented our commitment to serving some of the most vulnerable women in our communities—those with disabilities who often face compounded barriers to access and dignity.
By partnering with specialized care centers, we're ensuring that period poverty elimination reaches beyond traditional institutions to those who need support most.

Cycle-Wisdom: Period Hygiene Education Program
July 2023 — August 2023
Cycle-Wisdom was our foundational project—a comprehensive menstruation and period hygiene education program for university students at the University of Sabaragamuwa and high school students across the region. This initiative proved the power of education combined with access to supplies in transforming attitudes and outcomes.
The success of Cycle-Wisdom demonstrated the demand for this work and inspired our subsequent expansion to reach more communities and populations.
News Update — December 2023
Sri Lankan Government Launches Free Hygiene Product Initiative
In December 2023, the Sri Lankan government committed to providing free feminine hygiene products to students starting in 2024. We celebrated this major milestone—a direct validation of the need we identified and the work we pioneered. This government action is one giant step toward eradicating period poverty in schools. As a result, we've shifted our focus to education and reaching women outside the formal school system where government support may not reach.
